It can also be transformed into delicious sorbets, ultra fast and very easy to make.
Ingredients: Blueberry, Roselle, Dried Grape
Roselle is not recommended for pregnant women.
Quantity: 4 Grams per Tea Bag
Infusion: 3 to 5 Minutes, 95°c, up to 3 infusions
Infuse a bag of blueberry tea in 100mL of water at 95°c for 5 minutes.
In a glass, crush a few slices of lemon, compose half a passion fruit (optional), sweeten slightly if necessary.
Pour the blueberry tea, compose ice cubes then Ginger Ale. Add some fresh blueberry on top & Enjoy !
